Bug Reports

Hello, this is Sugiyama.

I've heard from the comments that a lot of bugs were found (some of them completely crashing the game). I'm sorry for all of this >.> . I will try to fix it as soon as possible.

In order to help me debugging the game, I will ask everybody who is trying to use it to report all the bugs on this post or through my e-mail (sugiyama.megu@gmail.com). I will try to answer as soon as possible.


CURRENTLY KNOWN ISSUES

- Bug on mouse interface, pet function not working
-Menus too big for the screen
- Some furnitures are missing

This is Sugiyama from Kawaii Pet Megu Port Project.

LATEST UPDATE 08/07/2014
- Included mini version (Megu 2.0 mini.exe)
- Included BGM/SFX off menu (on settings)

Install guide (new)
- Uninstall the old version on windows programs manager. should be named Megu Port 2.0
- Unzip the new .zip file in a directory not on program files (available on this post)
- If msvcp120.dll error appears, install vcredist_86.exe located on the same game folder (or download the visual studio 2013 redistributable on microsoft website).
- copy the shortcut to your desktop or somewhere else you may find.

obs: When installing the new version, please overwrite all files on the directory or uninstall the previous version before. If any visual bug persists, either try reinstall the assets directory or contact if it does not work.

This is Sugiyama from KPM Port project. Some screenshots of the development so far. I'm working on fixing the Furniture Editing at this moment.

All images, sounds, etc are copyrights to Feynmann Inc./Gree Inc. All rights reserved. These were extracted from the mobiles' apps. No reverse engineering on the apps were made, and all implementation was constructed from zero from by own observation.

This program is a "doujin software" done entirely from a fan to fans without any financial gain, or even intent. I (the developer of this project) will refuse ANY kind of funding/or donations, as I want to avoid any copyright problems with Gree Inc. If required by them, I may have to take out the application.

I will request that all users use this application with care, respecting the rules mentioned above.

Welcome post

Hello

This is Nobuo Sugiyama from Kawaii Pet Megu Project.
This year, Gree decided to shut down KPM. A lot of people (including me) were really sad, and still missed our lovely friends and partners MEGUs.
After a lot of thinking, I decided to put some effort to bring back KPM, and make everyone happy again. As so, I started a project to port the original KPM to a PC version. This blog is about this project, and I will make available both the program plus the source code (if requested), I think.
